The building will be at 372 Taunton Rd. E. and will include two 15-storey towers and 360 residential units.
Construction will be in two phases, with the first phase being a tower, underground parking and two floors of gathering space.
Wellings represents affordable luxury living, with a focus on rightsizing your life in a fun community that’s connected and comfortable.
The Wellings concept provides complete independence, with a leasing-only model, in a maintenance-free community with no additional property or activity fees.
Amenities include residents allowed to cook in their unit or visit the dining space, a fitness centre, hair salon and spa, a pub area and a games’ space.
