Craig Cottage
This model is constructed out of varying thicknesses of raw cardboard attached to a wooden square base. The internal structure consisted of thick balsawood which acted as reinforcing. Craig cottage is built atop a gentle wooded slope features a wrap-around deck, solarium, two bedrooms, kitchen and spacious living area. This physical model is accompanied by three 24 x 36 inch Bainbridge presentation boards.

Telephone Booth Outhouse
Don't be fooled by the name. "Outhouse" is a very ingenious project which mashes up a combination of skills not to mention knowledge of plumbing! The task was to design a functional outhouse, make it buildable, believable and practical. This wood-framed outhouse is disguised as a London telephone booth. To enhance the experience, it features limousine tinted windows, skylight, storage for your reading materials, wood deck and ventilation. Professional Swimmer Residence
This three storey residence is situated on a spectacular hillside features a 50 metre lap pool and covered walkway connecting the main residence to a double car garage. The main residence is oriented at a 45 degree angle to the lap pool / walkway complex optimizing views of the river. The key client requirement was rest and relaxation after an intense workout. Various balconies and a three storey tower provide for plenty of stress free vistas. My dream home!

Urban Infill Single Family Home
This urban infill single family home was designed to maximize lot size while adhering to City setbacks and allowances. To exploit the minimal lot size, this urban infill single family home is designed in a split level configuration. The motto, “if there’s no space to the side then go up!” was carefully adhered to. This highly functional design features a second storey balcony, garage, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and spacious living and eating area.
