Commercial Building
This conceptual commercial building was rapidly developed for an undisclosed client. The client was fully satisfied with the initial black and white ambient occlusion 3d renderings, they choose to extended visualization to encompass full colour. This exterior project was the first to use HDR (High Dynamic Range) lighting in conjunction with physically based sky lighting. This new process permitted dramatic sunrise, sunset and evening sky lighting.

Feldman Site Commercial Development
The Feldman Site Commercial Development project began as a simple massing study to develop sight lines and conceptual design. The development extended from transparent boxes to black and white ambient occlusion renderings. This project was extended to encompass medium resolution full color aerial 3d renderings to give the client an overall "big picture" view. This project also incorporated minor post production compositing.

A&W Restaurant
This medium-high resolution 3d rendering was produced as a spin-off of the Feldman Commercial project. Working off very detailed specifications, we were able to precisely recreate the A&W Restaurant with its signature orange and brown branding. The A&W restaurant was used as an experiment as thus was the first large scale project to use the Vray rendering engine. Every project since then now uses this industry leading technology.

Spruce Needles Golf and Country Club
The clubhouse of the Spruce Needles Golf and Country Club is located in Mountjoy Township just outside Timmins. The building overlooks the beautiful Mattagami River. The previous structure featured a split level building with two entrances, one leading to the lockers and the other leading to a public lounge. A redesign was proposed extending the building footprint as well as extending the outdoor / indoor patio while increasing second floor space for the restaurant. An elegant metal pitched roof capped the redesigned structure. Several design variants were produced in black and white as well as full colour. These variants included multiple covered entrances, deck re-alignment and pro shop re-location. Final 3d still renderings and animations were used in fundraising campaigns.
